What about concrete cracking

Concrete is a kind of building material used by many construction parties at present. If there is a crack in the concrete during construction, when the crack is too large, it is very easy to cause the leakage of concrete structure, resulting in the decrease of durability. The stability of concrete is directly related to the safety of the building. Therefore, it is very important to reduce the concrete cracking, which is also a very concerned problem of many construction parties.

In practice, we often use superplasticizer and mineral admixture, which can better meet the work needs, but the concrete crack problem can not be improved, so now we use more expansive agent, which can greatly improve the anti crack ability of concrete and prevent cracks. Compared with shrinkage reducing agent and synthetic fiber, mixing expansion agent into concrete is a cost-effective scheme, especially using expansion agent which is originally industrial waste as raw material, which greatly improves the utilization rate of resources. The vanadium iron slag is a solid waste produced by smelting, which can compensate shrinkage, maintain the stability of concrete, and have hydration activity. Therefore, with its excellent performance, it is possible to replace the commonly used calcium sulphoaluminate expansion agent and become a new favorite in the concrete industry. Its advantages are as follows:

First of all, as the admixture of cement-based materials, ferrovanadium slag has obvious shrinkage compensation effect. When it is used in concrete face slab, it can effectively restrain shrinkage, reduce concrete cracks and improve durability. Comprehensive consideration of various factors such as compressive strength, through careful scientific experiments, it can be proved that the cement-based materials have better compressive and crack resistance when the proportion of vanadium and iron slag is 15% ~ 20%.

Secondly, the compressive and tensile strength ratio of concrete mixed with fly ash alone, vanadium slag and fly ash is higher than that of pure cement concrete, especially that of concrete mixed with vanadium slag and fly ash. The actual construction shows that when 20% vanadium iron slag and 10% fly ash are used instead of cement and mixed into concrete, the application effect is good in two panel strengthening projects.

The use of ferrovanadium slag to replace cement, whether in improving the performance of cement-based materials, or in the use of industrial waste, plays a great role, not only to prevent concrete cracks, but also to save resources and protect the environment.

Puguang Teqi's leading product is a 25-46m small and medium-sized concrete pump truck with core technical advantages and excellent cost performance.
